Build Your List With Bosco McGowan: The Residual Income Guy

Please allow me to tell you a little about my journey to creating residual income on the Internet: In the early 1980s, I fell in love with the concept of doing work once and getting paid for it over and over, for years to come, when I was a writer on the classic American TV show Happy Days. Would you believe I'm still getting paid for work I did back then?

Thanks to the Internet, anybody who has the wherewithal to read and understand the words on this page can create residual income of their own, without having to resort to show business.  That is what I do and it is what I teach.

List Building has been, is now and will probably always be, the number one way to generate online income. There is a simple formula that you can learn that guarantees you will make money if you put the skills you are going to learn in the videos linked  at the image above (as well as HERE) into daily, persistent action. 

You are going to publish an email newsletter that people will opt in to get sent to their inboxes. I recommend sending about one a week, and making sure to provide plenty of valuable information, rather than constantly bombard them with things to buy. 

This will establish a relationship with your subscribers, who will grow to like and trust you, so that when you do make offers for items of interest to purchase, some of them will buy, since people like to do business with people they like and trust. (And some of them will go on to buy from you, many times, for years to come.)

It starts with the offer of a free gift that is valuable to your targeted niche audience. For instance, if you are going to be promoting dog related products, then a free ebook on how to train dogs could be a good way to entice people to become subscribers. 

You can make about a dollar per subscriber, per month. It is very realistic to be able to have a list of thousands within a year. There are no guarantees, but that is not an outlandish possibility by any stretch of the imagination. 

Once you have that size of a list, it becomes easier to grow it, because there are ways to leverage it. Nothing breeds success, like success. 

Please learn this basic skill set, instead of trying to make money with time wasters and money traps. Paid surveys and clicking ads for a penny (if you're lucky) are examples of time wasters. Money traps are high priced programs that promise to bring you "truck loads of money" and to "turn your computer into an ATM."
